Alibaba Group has introduced Wukong, an AI-native enterprise platform that integrates advanced agentic capabilities directly into business workflows.
Streamlining tasks
Wukong aims to streamline complex tasks in enterprise environments by coordinating multiple agents within a single interface. The platform includes features such as identity authentication, access controls, and dedicated enterprise sandboxes.
As part of Alibaba's extensive e-commerce and technology ecosystem, encompassing Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Alipay, and Alibaba Cloud, Wukong will gradually incorporate modular agent skills. It will also support integrations of third-party agent skills.
Wukong has launched its One-Person Team (OPT) solutions across ten sectors, offering a curated suite of industry-specific skills to manage complex workflows and scale operations more efficiently.
Currently, Wukong is available for invitation-only beta testing. Users can download it as a standalone desktop application or access it as an embedded AI agent within the latest version of DingTalk, Alibaba's enterprise collaboration platform, which serves over 20 million corporate users.
Wukong is designed to connect seamlessly with DingTalk and will soon integrate with other messaging platforms, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, and WeChat, providing access for users across various mobile devices.
