Genesys has launched a new full-service Genesys Cloud core region in Singapore, enabling enterprises to unlock agentic AI capabilities through secure, compliant operations.

Genesys Cloud Region in Singapore
The new infrastructure aims to enable organisations to drive customer loyalty and operational efficiency while remaining compliant with security and compliance requirements. It connects to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Asia Pacific (Singapore) Region, granting access to the latest Genesys Cloud agentic AI innovations.
Leveraging the artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities of the Genesys Cloud platform, it aims to enable real-time intelligence to enhance customer and employee experience.
Elevating Singapore from a satellite to a core cloud region allows Genesys to help enterprises address data residency preferences and sector-specific obligations with lower latency and greater resilience.
