Customer platform HubSpot introduces Loop Marketing, a powerful AI-driven playbook. This innovative tool is designed to equip businesses with practical strategies for growth and competition in the AI era, enhancing the traditional marketing funnel.

Loop Marketing begins by helping businesses establish a strong brand identity. It then uses AI to craft personalised brand messages based on comprehensive customer data, including CRM records, call transcripts, and website behaviour.
It also helps organisations amplify their message by diversifying content across different social channels, such as TikTok, Reddit, podcasts, and where AI provides answers. Lastly, the tool leverages AI to measure, predict, and adapt strategies in real time.
