Jobstreet by SEEK has unveiled new holistic hiring solutions to tackle recruitment challenges in Singapore.
Instead of a traditional "pay to post" model, Jobstreet offers unlimited free ads, so customers can now pay for performance. It claims to streamline hiring through artificial intelligence (AI)- powered hiring tools. It has also collaborated with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to provide a secure platform for verified credentials.
Innovative Solutions
Jobstreet's new suite of transformative solutions includes a Pay for Performance set-up that allows employers to post unlimited job listings at any time and for any role, with access to over 3 million registered jobseekers via its platform; and SmartHire, an AI-powered talent-hunting service that aims to empower better matches for employers.
It also includes SEEK Pass to quickly identify talent with the right credentials and skills by enabling jobseekers to showcase verified qualifications and skills.
