NTT DATA and Mistral AI partner to jointly sell and deploy safe and private enterprise-grade AI solutions that can foster strategic autonomy for clients through NTT DATA’s GenAI and IT services portfolio, global delivery capabilities, industry expertise and client relationships and Mistral AI’s solutions and advanced generative AI models.
Focus areas
The partnership will focus on sustainable and secure AI co-development for organisations in regulated sectors, including financial services, insurance, defence, and the public sector.
The two companies also plan to integrate Mistral AI technologies into NTT DATA’s customer experience platforms, such as agentic AI call centre solutions in Asia Pacific.
They will also co-develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies, ranging from use-case development and customisation to implementation, support and managed services.
Innovation and excellence
NTT DATA will establish a Mistral AI Centre of Excellence staffed with subject matter experts and dedicated resources to drive innovation and implementation excellence. In addition, Mistral AI will launch a technical enablement and certification program for NTT DATA personnel.
