Oracle and Digital Industry Singapore (DISG) partner to support the government of Singapore's Enterprise Compute Initiative (ECI), which aims to accelerate AI transformation by helping companies establish dedicated in-house AI teams or AI Centres of Excellence (CoEs) in Singapore.

Accelerating AI transformation
Oracle is committing up to S$250,000 for each company to support 300 organizations based in Singapore in their AI transformation efforts, facilitated by the Oracle AI Customer Excellence Centre in Singapore.
Additionally, Oracle will provide sponsorship of up to S$1.9 million to help enterprises that need private cloud infrastructure access the Oracle Private Cloud Appliance and Oracle Exadata.
This initiative is complemented by support from the Singapore Government, which covers 70% of consultancy costs (up to a maximum of S$105,000 per enterprise) to assist businesses in adopting AI at scale.
Oracle AI Customer Excellence Centre
The Oracle AI Customer Excellence Centre aim to provide the following:
• Access to training and certifications on the latest cloud and AI technologies led by Oracle University and ecosystem partners
• Experimentation: Enables organisations to test early-stage AI innovations in secure cloud environments.
• Transformation: Enables organisations to conduct proof-of-concept projects and facilitate implementation by allowing them to pilot AI initiatives
• Rapid Implementation: Enables organisations to quickly adopt new predictive, generative, and agentic AI features embedded across workflows
