SailPoint, Inc. unveiled SailPoint Accelerated Application Management, a solution that aims to govern and secure applications at scale with unprecedented speed and efficiency. The combination of intelligence with expert-led deployment targets to deliver rapid coverage and compliance at a reduced cost and complexity.
The solution, built on top of SailPoint's Atlas platform, offers a comprehensive approach. It combines continuous application discovery, zero-touch onboarding, risk-based prioritisation, and automated governance workflows to reduce risk and scale coverage. Its AI-driven insights and automation facilitate the enforcement of policies, streamline remediation, automate privileged tasks, and even leverage intelligent recommendations for faster decision-making.
With a new agreement to acquire key assets from Savvy, the platform aims to integrate Savvy's SaaS application visibility and monitoring capabilities, which address identity risks and insider threats, to provide users with enhanced application visibility and intelligence.

"If you can't see every application, you can't protect it—but visibility alone is not enough," said Chandra Gnanasambandam, CTO and EVP of Product, SailPoint. "Our customers need the intelligence to understand where their greatest risks lie, paired with automation that systematically closes those gaps. With SailPoint Accelerated Application Management, they get both—accelerating time-to-value while strengthening their security posture."

SailPoint Accelerated Application Management aim to enable application visibility and intelligence by providing continuous application discovery, revealing inventory, ownership, user activities, and risky access patterns across the enterprise.
The platform also aims to facilitatequicker compliance by enabling zero-touch application onboarding via Express Setup, rapidly deploying access reviews, enforcing least privilege, automating leaver workflows, and providing audit-ready reporting, all without traditional implementation delays.
It also supports advanced automation, including automated provisioning and deprovisioning, complete identity lifecycle management, self-service capabilities, and AI-driven policy enforcement with Separation of Duties controls.
