Singtel has unveiled 5G+, a next-generation evolution of its 5G network, enabled by the nationwide deployment of network slicing for all customers. It aims to deliver faster speeds, seamless connectivity and robust security, even while roaming.

Network slicing, a cutting-edge 5G technology, empowers customers with unparalleled agility, flexibility, and scalability of network resources. It offers a customised 'slice' of the network that can dynamically adapt to their specific needs in real time, promising superior mobile experiences.

Experiencing 5G
Existing 5G users have all been upgraded to Singtel 5G+ with 700MHz, with the option to further enhance their plans. Existing Singtel customers on SIM-only Plus and Ultra plans, as well as L plans and above, were upgraded for free to Singtel 5G+ Priority as of the first week of May 2025.
Beyonf 5G, Singtel also extends real-time threat protection to all customers, providing 24/7 advanced detection and blocking against cyber threats and malicious content. This way, users can stay protected wherever they go.
Additionally, Singtel 5G+ Priority customer gets faster and more efficient assistance at Singtel Shops, hotlines, and chat support. Singtel also gives them priority access to new handset launches, loyalty rewards, special discounts on devices, and other exclusive offers.
