The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) has modernised its IT infrastructure on the cloud with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its core partner eCloudvalley Technology (HK) Limited .
Towngas has migrated mission-critical systems, achieving up to 40% in IT cost savings and maintaining 99.99% system availability.

Leveraging Amazon Bedrock, Towngas developed generative AI tools that enable legal and supply chain teams to validate customer contracts and terms. It also allowed the exploration of Agentic AI to support employees in handling complex, multi‑step tasks.
