SAP SE has announced that visa, consular and technology services provider VFS Global will leverage SAP software to develop AI-powered digital solutions for cross-border mobility and citizen services.

VFS Global has selected the SAP Business Technology Platform and the SAP Business Data Cloud solution as the backbone of its AI-powered solutions. These solutions aim to enhance the customer experience and drive operational excellence across VFS Global's global operations, aligning with the company's to support governments and diplomatic missions worldwide with technological innovations.
