Global financial technology platform Adyen and point-of-sale (POS) provider Raptor partner to offer Singapore's service sector businesses a streamlined, reliable payment experience tailored to local market needs.
Leslie Tan, founder of Raptor, said: "Embedding payments is the natural evolution of that philosophy. Partnering with Adyen allows us to bridge the gap between operations and finance, providing SMBs with a unified platform that doesn't just support their business – it accelerates it."
Simplifying operations
Powered by Adyen for Platforms, the partnership enables Raptor to provide streamlined payment services to its platform users.
Integrating payments into Raptor's POS offerings enables users to generate consolidated payment reports, helping businesses better understand their customers' preferences and encouraging growth.

"Collaborating with Raptor allows us to bring our payments innovation to a broader spectrum of businesses across the region," said Ben Wong, general manager of Southeast Asia and Hong Kong, Adyen. "Additionally, when traditional service providers evolve into fintechs, they do more than just retain their platform users; they fuel a more resilient and scalable merchant ecosystem."
Natureland

Singaporean massage and wellness spa company, Natureland, has deployed Raptor's embedded payments offering to streamline bookings for its customer base, which includes both locals and tourists.
The company will be launching an online reservation system across its 15 outlets island-wide, with Adyen's extensive support for secure, compliant global and local payment methods, ensuring safe and reliable bookings with deposits via preferred payment options.
"Digitalisation is a key focus for us as we continue to evolve our operations," said Fion Wu, managing director of Natureland. "Strengthening our payment capabilities is part of this focus, as it enables us to offer customers a secure and smooth payment experience across our outlets."
