Salesforce has announced the launch of Agentforce Sales app in ChatGPT, which aims to connect intelligence to customer relationship management. The offering enhances AI fluency in unique business contexts.
AgentforceSales brings this proprietary context, such as pipeline, client history, and strategic priorities, directly to ChatGPT, applying reasoning capabilities to trusted business data right inside ChatGPT.
