Erajaya to deliver seamless personalised customer experiences with Salesforce

PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (Erajaya Group) has adopted Salesforce’s Agentforce Marketing and Data 360 to deliver seamless, personalised customer experiences to its subscribers.

Delivering seamless personalised customer experiences

Data 360 has enabled Erajaya to build a comprehensive, centralised view of customer purchase behaviour across its entire portfolio, transforming fragmented data into actionable insights and facilitating future AI adoption. 

Agentforce Marketing helped enable tailored cross-channel experiences and the orchestration of end-to-end customer journeys. It helps synthesise data, insights, and execution into a single platform, enabling marketing teams to design and automate personalised interactions in real time.

With Salesforce’s AI-powered personalisation capabilities, Erajaya can deliver tailored product and content recommendations based on customer behaviour and purchase history. It also strengthens marketing campaigns by enabling Erajaya to execute coordinated email, mobile, and digital campaigns that deliver a consistent, personalised experience for customers across all touchpoints.

With Salesforce, loyalty management is now embedded directly into marketing activities, integrating it into the end-to-end customer experience.
