HubSpot unveiled the first CRM connector for Anthropic's Claude, allowing each customer to bring their unique HubSpot context into Claude. The integration aims to enable teams to generate personalised AI insights, create visualisations like charts and graphs, and take action on insights directly within HubSpot.

Privacy and security
The connector ensures users only see CRM data they're authorised to access. Anthropic does not use data shared through HubSpot to train its models except when customers provide feedback or opt into training.
The HubSpot connector for Claude is available now to all HubSpot customers across all tiers with a paid Claude subscription (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise) as part of HubSpot's growing set of AI connectors.
