Bentley Systems concluded its annual Year in Infrastructure (YII) Conference in Amsterdam, where industry leaders and innovators gathered to showcase how digital technology is driving smarter, more resilient infrastructure.

In his message during the opening program, Nicholas Cumins, CEO of Bentley, underscored he importance of innovations in infrastructure “The reality is, there is simply not enough engineers in the world to do all the work that needs to be done. Amsterdam's legacy reminds us that no challenge is too great. We too can innovate to expand capacity and meet rising demand. That means making it easier for individuals to be more productive. And pairing that with better tools, smarter workflows, and more connected data.”
The YII 2025 conference also featured sessions, panel discussions, and technology showcases, highlighting the growing role of AI, digital twins, and data-driven collaboration in the energy transition and sustainable infrastructure development.
