The Municipal Government of Rodriguez, Rizal in the Philippines has implemented a suite of communications solutions from PLDT Enterprise to support its emergency response efforts through the 911 hotline.

"These innovations underscore our commitment to providing advanced connectivity and communication services, ensuring the Municipality of Rodriguez Rizal stays ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. This effort will equip Rodriguez, Rizal with a reliable digital infrastructure that allows them to deliver fast and secure emergency assistance," said Ruby Montoya, vice president and Head of Enterprise Revenue Group, PLDT Enterprise.
"More than a tech implementation, this initiative is part of the PLDT Group's much broader mission and our overall advocacy to enable local governments to build safer, smarter, and more connected communities. Our solutions will enhance reliability, speed, and seamless integration, empowering the municipality to achieve its goals of providing services to its constituents with greater efficiency and confidence," Montoya added.
Supporting local operations
The Municipality of Rodriguez, Rizal, has activated the full range of PLDT Enterprise services to support local operations, from emergency response to citizen engagement. It becomes one of the Philippines' first local government units (LGUs) to leverage this complete end-to-end deployment.
