Adobe unveils Acrobat Studio, a new AI-powered hub to enhance how users communicate visually through PDFs. It claims to combine the productivity of Adobe Acrobat with easy content creation tools from Adobe Express and the assistance of AI Assistants powered by agentic technology.
Acrobat Studio
Acrobat Studio combines PDF tools with personalised AI assistants and content creation capabilities.
Acrobat Studio's standout feature, PDF Spaces, offers a convenient way to transform PDFs, Office 365 files, weblinks, and more into conversational knowledge hubs. A prebuilt AI Assistant acts as an analyst or instructor, providing deeper insights. Users can personalise it to guide its responses.
Adobe Studio provides access to a wide range of Adobe Express Premium tools and assets, including business templates and custom AI-generated images. This versatility enables the creation of a diverse range of visual assets, including flyers, infographics, social media posts, and more.
Adobe's new offering, Acrobat Studio, includes the essential PDF tools from Acrobat Premium. These tools, designed for ease of use, allow users to edit, create, e-sign, redact, compare, and protect PDFs. The AI Assistant further enhances the user experience by generating summaries and insights, even for complex documents such as scans and contracts.
Contract AI claims to simplify working with complex agreements, and Intelligent citations make it easy to verify and trust generated insights.

"Acrobat Studio isn't just a smarter way to work with documents—it's a smarter way to work, period. I've used it to plan content for a client launch, build a creative brief for a photoshoot, compare speaker decks, and even prep talking points across 30 pages of PDF proposals—all inside one space,"Phil Pallen, brand strategist, Adobe ambassador and author of ''AI for Small Businesses".
